Have you taken down your Christmas tree yet?
If you put a fake one up this year, congrats. The box it came in and your attic thanks you. But if you are a traditionalist and set up a real tree, why not recycle it?
According to CBS 19:
Residents of Charlottesville who would like to recycle their Christmas trees can do so the week of Jan. 13.
The city says curbside trash or recycling customers will need to put their tree on the curb by 7 a.m. on Jan. 13 for it to be collected.
If you live in Rockingham or Augusta County, the City of Harrisbonburg will collect trees today, tomorrow, and Monday.
