Electric Scooters are Invading Charlottesville [VIDEO]

Have you seen these?

 

Two electric scooter companies have made their way to Charlottesville (Lime and Bird), and their allowing you to pick up a scooter wherever you find one in the city.  There is a charge, and once you’ve reached your destination, you simply park it for the next rider.

 

The only problem with this new form of transportation, people are leaving scooters out everywhere!
