If you are like me, you want to lose those holiday pounds and look and feel like you did last Summer. Now you can try one of these *diets below, and you may trim-down. OR, You can participate in the Kerry James “Half Diet”. The Half Diet is exactly what it sounds like, you consume half of your normal intake at meal-time. Instead of three eggs and two pieces of toast at breakfast, cut that serving down to half. (don’t ask me how to crack half of an egg) Same applies at lunch and dinner. You get the idea. Good Luck!!
