And if you haven’t already done so, Halloween reminds us to shift to our winter weight. So loosen the belt and enjoy all the goodies folks bring to your workplace. Let’s face it, no matter how hard we try, we all fall victim the holiday treats. You think more excercise will help you? Forget it. I now plan for winter weight accordingly. My summer clothing waistband is a 31 and my winter waistband bumps out to 32 inches. Bring on the fat. I’m ready!
