Yes Charlottesville’s very own Cody Purvis will be competing on the new singing competition Real Country!!!!Cody Purvis is a hometown boy, that graduated from Albemarle High School and has a voice that will blows you away and will melt your hear with his love of country music which shows every time he turns on the mic. We have all seen him on stage, some of “us” have even watched him grow up and run through our church like the cutest Tasmanian devil ever!!!!, Now we will see him singing on the big screen. Insert screams here!!!, A few years back he moved to Nashville with a dream in his heart to sing country music, and his dream became reality, opening shows for Trace Adkins, Darius Rucker, Colt Ford and Peter Frampton, just to name a few, well, our very own Cody Purvis will be on the show Real Country on the USA Network a singing competition on Team Travis Tritt. It will premier on November 13 on the USA Network, Shania Twain is the executive producer with Jake Owen and Travis Tritt joining her as coaches on the show.
