People all over the country are looking for those darn solar eclipse glasses, or anything they can create to get a glimpse of the eclipse.  (Heck, anything is better than just starring at the sun).  After all, the last time you and I had something like this happen in the sky was 1979!

 

For some of you, this ABC News Update might look a little nostalgic.  For others, it’s a lesson in how our world was almost 40 years ago.
