The Most Haunted Place in Virginia Will Make You Want to Go On a Ghost Tour

There are so many ghost stories heard throughout Virginia.  Monticello, the Civil War Museum at the exchange hotel in Gordonsville,  and certain hiking trails along the Shenadoah Mountains are just a few places we’ve heard stories.  But according to travelandleisure.com, there is a house in Virginia that holds multiple spirits!

Virginia Beach came away with the winner for most haunted.  Eleven spirits, including the victims of a shipwreck on Virginia Beach in 1810, supposedly haunt this house museum. Today, almost four centuries after the home was built, visitors can partake in regular ghost tours. Very brave children can even stay for history camp in the summer.  (Travel and Leisure)

A ghost hunt is one thing, but a summer camp? I think I’ll just watch from outside of the house thank you very much.  Better yet, I’ll just make my way to the beach.
