Watch Virginia Police Officers Issue Ice Cream Cones to Drivers Who are ‘Breaking the Law’

I was issued a speeding ticket near John Paul Jones Arena a few weeks ago, how come I didn’t ice cream??  Maybe because I was REALLY breaking the law.  These safe drivers received a ‘tasty ticket’ from some hard working Virginia Police officers!
