I can’t win ANYTHING, not even a dollar on a slot machine, and Benjanin T. Owens of Mineral drives to Chesterfield to win $200,000 for the SECOND time in 14 years.
I can’t be but so upset, Benjamin plans to share his lottery winnings with his family, just like he did last time. But, what’s his secret? Did a bird poop on him twice? Does he turn off/on his bedroom lights five times for good luck? Is there a pregame lottery ritual?
