There has been a few times in my life that I have fought (and won) over a ridiculous ticket. This one, by far, takes the cake.
A lady in Providence had a strong case as she was ticketed TWO SECONDS before she would have been allowed to park in a certain spot! The judge’s reaction is priceless.
