Brown Automotive issued the challenge. If I shake 997 hands, they’ll donate 997 dollars to the UVA Children’s Hospital. Shortly before the check was printing, Kohl’s in Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, and Waynesboro donated 4,500 dollars on top of the 997 dollar donation.
