The GREAT hangover cure is now also going under the name Sparkling Rush Powder Packs, “a fizzy way to quickly replenish fluids and electrolytes lost to dehydration.” The packets come in grape and cherry flavors. They contain potassium, sodium, chloride, and sugar, perfect for curing a hangover. You can get them from Target. If not, my old stand-by of coconut water and a trip to the gym still serves.
