I struggle with Halloween treats. It’s true, I’m weak. The worst part is burning off the calories later. How much work do you have to do to burn it??
One Kit Kat bar… 218 calories… Run for 20 minutes to burn it off
One Pumpkin Spice Latte… 380 calories… Run for 35 minutes to burn it off (I run 42 minutes a day without the latte, and I’m still flabby)
One Caramel Apple… 130 calories… 25 minutes on the elliptical to burn it off
And my personal weakness, one Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup… 110 calories… 30 minute Spin class to burn it off
